WELLBEING SPACE

Every Wednesday from 1 – 3 pm

There will be refreshments to enjoy together, plus opportunities to participate in a hobby or activity if you so choose.  You can even bring your own ideas to share. Our aim is to offer a listening ear, reduce social isolation and support those with emotional or mental health difficulties.

1 in 4 of us will experience difficulties with our mental health. 67% of the UK population have said COVID has had a negative impact on their wellbeing

At Granton we want to make a difference, so have started our Wellbeing Space.

Wellbeing Space is a simple, shared occasion where those who are struggling can come and find connection and community – somewhere where they can feel included.

When you arrive at our Wellbeing Space, there’s a warm welcome, and a cup of something hot-  tea, coffee, hot chocolate, whatever you fancy. There’s always a slice of something nice to eat too. There are a variety of activities to take part in if you wish. You might even wish to bring your own hobby, and share it with others. 

We would love to welcome you to our Wellbeing Space Cafe.  There is no charge, and we’d love to see you.
